- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Was put off from the start when we called because our dog became sick at an unscheduled and inconvenient time for her even though it was working hours. She made sure we were charged for the inconvenience. Then while are dog was in serious need of urgent care insisted that we first fill out paperwork like that couldn't be done after. After which she was short tempered and told us several times if we didn't like the way she did things we could take our dog elsewhere knowing full well the closest Vet was an hour away. We were heartbroken and desperate. She then refuse to give our dehydrated dog more then half a bag of fluids unless we left him there with her. We refused to leave our boy with such a heartless person and paid our hefty bill and went elsewhere.July 24, 2017by Heidi Leib
